Livestock is defined as domesticated animals raised in an agricultural setting. I see a small misunderstanding here regarding the same.

India is a agricultural based country, about half of the population is dependent upon agriculture. But it is very contrasting that the conditions of farmers in our country is very miserable. The government has taken various steps to uplift the conditions of farmers, but the implementation of schemes is not proper.
The one way to give rise to the situation of farmers is by their collaboration with the investors. The government can give extra tax exemptions to those investors who are investing in the agricultural sector. The government should also take various steps to increase the foreign investment in the agricultural sector. The government should focus on the industrialisation of country in which the agricultural sector should play a main role. Since India has one of the most fertile land for the agricultural purpose so it would be less difficult for attracting the foreign investment but the government should also give it's full efforts to this then only India can achieve the dream of becoming a global leader.

India's dream of becoming a $5- trillion economy by 2024 is a ' blue sky thinking'. For achieving this goal,we need to invest in different sectors, as we know investment is the only key to unlocking the potential of a developing economy.
According to food and agriculture organisatin ,insufficient investment in the agriculture sector in most developing countriesover past 30 years has resulted in low productivity and stagnant production. We called India a 'KRISHI PRADHAN DESH'( An agricultural country) but still farmers are suffering with many problems like heavy loan , less income, inadequate storage facility, soil erosion and many more, there are always a loopholes in subsidy distribution, funding and unrealistic assumption in production.
Though economic transition has seen significant growth contribution from services and industry , Agriculture remains the most trusted sector in helping alleviate poverty, hunger and malnutrition and ensuring better income distribution.

So the goverment has taken good step to encourage investers to invest in agriculture. I think there would be some more chances to overcome from the unemployement.the updation in any sector is neede for the growth of the particular thing, also people will know what's the importance of agriculture for economic growth is . People will get attracted to study agriculture field .

We need to have a strong economy that can create employment opportunities and that can also produce the revenue that we need to defend our country at home and abroad.

Comanly economy of a country depends on the investment.Investor invest in these fields in which they hope that they are beneficial for them.Farming is a field in which percentage of Investment is very low in Indian so the real mean of agriculture based country is very far.The improvement in farming sector is sluggish in India so Indian economy is also becoming stagnant economy. If public and private investor will invest in the farming sector then a gargantuan glimpse will be see in Indian economy.Indian government should provide indigenous as well as international trade platform to the farmers that will help to the creation of jobs and emoluments. For this investor will start to invest in this field.

India is mainly an *agricultural* country and nearly half of its population depends on agriculture. Many farmers in India depends on natural rains or seasons for cropping of agriculture. Therefore in every year two to three states have shown *sluggish* growth in agriculture. Government provide insurance for crops failure and subsidies to fertilizers. But they cannot focuses of modernization of agriculture. Now the question comes *"Do directly connect farmers to investors is a welcome step?* . This is not a *pragmatic* view to solve the agriculture problem. Because farmers are divided in two parts small farmers and large farmers. Small farmers only do farming for their own feed so if any investment done to their small farm area how he pay the amount of investment in return? On the other hand large farmers have a option for such experiments. So now how to solve the agriculture crises and increases our economy.
                                                                      1. Government should open training center in each block level to provide enhanced agriculture techniques. In this case they use foreign countries instructor for teach.
2.Government should provide watering facility in each field so that farmers are not dependent on natural rains.
                                                                      3. Foreign method of agriculture techniques should introduced in fields. But it is the responsibility of government to take care of their land and insure no land misuse takes place.

The concept of NRC was first introduced in Assam and “Assam accord” signed by Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. The prime purpose of this agreement to remove illegal Bangaladeshi immigrants who came after Bangladesh Liberation war as they destroy demography of Assam as well as eastern states.
The Amit Shah(Ex chief of Bjp party) keep repeating in campaign rally that they introduce the NRC and deport all illegal immigrants. Also he and his party is keen to provide citizenship to Hindu, Jain, Sikh family who lives in neighboring countries. Now what *common man* thinks that NRC is introduced to remove Bangaldeshi Muslim but it is not true. Here is list why-
                                                                              1. The Districts which share the boundary with Bangaldesh have 99% Muslims but in NRC only 1% are in NRC list. How is this possible??
                                                                              2. On the other hand the Districts having Muslim population lower but the names on NRC list are high. Maximum names in List are Hindus.
                                                                              The loopholes in NRC implementations.
                                                                              1. Policy to meticulously check the documents are very complex.
                                                                              2. The problem of illegal immigrants is not only limited in eastern states but all over India as illegal immigrants spread all over India. In estimation by reports there are almost 2-3 crore illegal Bangaldeshi reside in India.
                                                                              3. Meghalaya, Assam, Manipur and Nagaland have their individual NRC policy.
                                                                              4. On the one side government wants to provide citizenship to minority Hindus from neighboring countries but on the other hand they keep its native Hindus of India in detention camp.
                                                                              5. There is no consensus signed by Bangladesh on How to handle these immigrants.

As many lives are weaved in this scenario, being inhuman or curbing lives wont work very well. The people whom fate we are deciding and thinking of subjecting them to "Detening" or "sending out of the country" are the ones who are living in this country from several decades. They have their roots and ancestral belongings in this country. Is this not inhuman to just get them out of their motherland (many of them must have taken birth on this land)? I strongly believe that they should be given human treatment first and foremost and this issue should be handled in a very creative and astute way.
Instead of sending them somewhere out of the country it is better that a town or colony should be made where these people are allowed to reside with peace, dignity, freedom and equal opportunities. This way they wont be intruding the lives of natives and vice-versa will also be there. everyone should live this life given once to him in the best way possible!
