    Well I don't agree with locking the knees part that should only be the case in high weighted squats squats without any external weight should have locked knees in my opinion as it trains your mind in training and giving idea in weighted squats to what limit one can take his knees before they are locked the maximum point you should go to in a weighted squat without locking the knees

      Eat well - controlled portions - eat fruits - drink a lot or water

    When i do a squat, the entire pressure goes on my knees instead of the glutes...i have been maintaining the body posture but don't know what is going wrong....a response will be helpful

      firstly - if the pressure is on your knees or the front part of your thighs only then your knees while squatting are going in front of your toes - in this case take support and do the squat - practice that with support and then later without support. Thanks

        Ashan Deep Gowri my videos cannot give you knee pain - I don’t make you do a squat - observing a video and trying is something of choice - but always be monitored while doing so.

        If you watch a mechanic fix a bike engine doesn’t mean you will do it right the first couple of times -

        Squat all the way - take help or support while doing so

        Swagoto Ghosh take support while doing the squat - if your knees go ahead of the toes you will feel the pressure on your knees - you have to sit back while squatting

        Try it again but either record it or have it monitored

      Don't give advice on the squat when you have pencil legs. Watch Starting Strength for how to do the squat. This is shit.

        i personally believe that we all ought to be able to do a full squat ( which i have not done here ) but with support - till its not mastered on an individual level - so yes may be you have a technique that works for you - I just shared mine.

        @Royston Shivalkar You can squat like this guys explains till the cows come home. You'll hit a plateau in a few week both from a strength and endurance standpoint. You want to learn how to squat? Its takes a 130 pages plus a couple months work. Not a few mins video

                      The later is best - but take support for a good build up in muscle strength to do so.

                        You have to start jogging or start with brisk walking for a while and then jogging after a week or two -

                        You have to split your leg exercises -
                        Squats
                        Hamstrings stretches
                        Calf raises
                        Hip exercises -

                        Equal amount of sets

                        When everything is done in proportion you will see change

                            this is purely to do with ones own body weight. As you lift heavier weights one will need to adjust posture accordingly to balance the weight and make the exercise or the lift effective. Thankyou for the feedback...

                          Great video👏. The right posture with explanation that I was seeking for😇 .Doctor advised me to start with 10 and go for 50 squats a day . I have started. Now I am able to do 25 .But I'm confused after googling. Do squats increase the butt size? What is the difference between the squat that u perform in the video and the one that is done below the knee level? Plz help me ...Should I continue doing squats or drop off? 😱

                            i full squat is good enough. the idea is to maintain posture during a squat. thats key. to squat a little below knee level is more effective but do take support while doing so. its good to be monitored while getting this done. have a nice day...
