                                                Joanna this is one of your most effective workouts for me ... totally working the legs butt and thighs but busy enough to keep the heart rate moving ... no floor work (love no floor work)... most of all NOT boring ...                                                                             I seeing 799 thumbs down, I'm pretty sure they were people that wants to loose weight with no sacrifices. I'm not fat but I have cellulite and if I have to put 💩 to get rid of them I will do it so dont be haters and start losing weight to look good.                                                                               No doubt your a good trainer but give some precautions before because it hurts a lot for beginners ..can't event seat and very painful and it will be difficult for working person

                                                                                            Very good workout. Initially felt tough & painful but yes we can do it if we really willing to reduce. This is my 6 th day of workout , not at all painful n motivating to complete the 30 day challenge.
